Shipping Policy

Velour Skin is an online retailer delivering authentic Korean skincare nationwide across South Africa. We aim to provide a fast, secure, and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We partner with trusted local courier services to get your order to you safely.

• Free standard delivery on all orders over R500.
• Flat shipping fee of R99 for orders under R500.

• Major city centres: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Outlying or regional areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your delivery.

• We currently deliver only within South Africa.
• We do not offer international shipping at this time.
• Some couriers may require a physical address — PO Box addresses are not accepted.

All parcels are shipped via our partner courier services. Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, Velour Skin is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages incurred during transit.

Personal information is used solely to process, deliver, and track your order and is shared only with our selected courier for delivery purposes. All personal data is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours to receive your parcel.
